Another part of the original 16 Hot Wheels cars was the Redline Python. The Python was based on a vehicle built by Bull Crushenberry in 1963. This car was designed on what the staff of Car Craft Magazine thought would be the "Dream Hotrod. "The original car was produced using components from a 1961 Corvair as well as a 1960 Pontiac and was propelled by a small block Ford motor.
