Just like the Cadillac, the Redline Custom T Bird was another luxury car that made it into the original Hot Wheels line up. After Harry Bradley, the designer for Hot Wheels, got his hands on it though, it looked much more like a muscle car. While the Thunderbird became available in a four door in 1967, Mattel stuck with the coupe design for their version of the T-Bird. While most of the Redline Custom T-Birds came with a black roof, there were a couple available with a body colored roof.
